    What platforms does Sherpa integrate with?

    First things first, get yourself set up with a Sherpa account. We provide integrations directly with your online store or via third-party shipping and fulfilment platforms. We have detailed documentation on all the platforms we support. For our enterprise senders, reach out to our Delivery Solutions team to discuss your needs further.

    What delivery services does Sherpa offer?

    ASAP and Delivery Slot options are available to all our customers. Explore the full range and service types. When configuring your delivery options, you can enable them right within your Sherpa Dashboard or in your merchant platform. For high-volume senders, we offer a few more products to meet your delivery needs, such as Hyperbatching and event-day delivery blocking. Explore more here.

    How do I manage multiple deliveries?

    We get it. Managing a large number of orders can be a hassle. We’ve developed features that help you streamline this process. If you are using our desktop dashboard, our Bulk upload tools will help you create your deliveries in one go. If you’re integrating with Sherpa, the system does this work for you, automatically bundling for better efficiencies. To manage the orders on your end, we have labelling and Scan and Sort features to support your order logistics.
